SERVICE AND REPAIR FORM
Please fill out the form below with a short description of the problem area. The expected lead time is up to 10 working days after Waterproof Service has received the product. Make sure to print out the Service and Repair Form PDF and put it together with the product inside the box.
HOW TO SHIP
1. Make sure the product is completely dry inside and outside. WP does not repair wet items.
2. Fold it nicely and pack it into a box. Don’t use a larger box than neccessary.
3. Put one copy of the Service and Repair Form into the box. Important!
4. Ship with UPS or DHL preferrably. Other shipment solutions take longer for WP to handle.
5. Ship the package to the following address:
